The 2014 has got a lot more front end than the 2013. Run 5mm on the front full out rear once his experience comes. Until then try 10 mm max at front 10mm max in from circlips just stay on standard ride heights the grip should give him confidence just play around with gearing and tyre pressures to help find a little extra pace. If u keep changing the set up he won't build his confidence and confidence is key to being quick he needs to be 100% sure of what the kart will do every time. Bum in seat time is what he needs and plenty of it. As for seats gerrard tends to use t8s but u can use what best suits u. Call gerard at p1 for the dimension from the steering king pin to the Tillet badge on the seat. Good luck have fun
