We are about 3900 currently, maybe it will hit the 2013 figure. And of course participation is up significantly, and permits. I have data back to 1990 when the total was 4648. I believe it was much less for a period in the 70's I think. Now the pack costs an effective Ł6 for an under 18, and the test fee at Ł50 next year we can see if that helps. Next push on losing the medical. Please don't start the IKR/MSA debate in response to this, there is a place for both.
