Top bearings, we had a pair (got them as a used pair - couldn't afford the #320 fop the pair new) and swapped them from kart to kart, the ceramic balls just run for ever, also the split rings and no grub screws on the axle is sooooooo good! As alan says, doesn't matter which way round they go, just loosen the grubs in the ring, get a flat bladed screw driver, sharp tap on the edge of the split collar and the collar releases from the axle and the axle slides out easy bent or not.
