Understand facts before criticising?
They use Tempus software which corrupts more times than not rendering it completely unable to post online to UK karting, then it becomes a manual process for UK karting to look at, generally a club would just email the file over to an email alias and the rest should be automatic, alas no development of the software I believe so any problems goes unresolved.Would not expect this to be a club's fault.
