Go on the JAG website, you can download a ful PDF copy of the workshop manual which shows you the procedure and all the torques etc. Not the repair as alanrr points out. We had the same problem - don't keep running it you will Bugg*r the taper in the flywheel and worse on the crank, lap it in, clean it down, Loctite the taper and the nut and torque to correct torque. Be careful how much you lap it otherwise it will seat elsewhere before pulling up.
