Just looked at World Formula and it looks like its got a similar slide carb to a 2 stroke so you will have exactly the same twiddling..

I think as in any class there are big selling motors but you can race in any class with an average motor.

The size of the wf motor on anything other than a senior kart would be tricky and it looks a heavy old lump so weight might be an issue. Also handling will be bad with engine on the right as the flywheel weight is so far out.
