In my opinion the classes with the most issue on parity are those that use engines, not designed for kart racing i.e Honda, Comer and Rotax. Yes, there are some speculative prices asked for Iame Cadet and Iame x30 but success is possible on a retail purchased unit, once it's fiched and hours put on it.
We're new to TKM but it seems the early (cast barrel) engines did have performance variation but since the move to CNC barrels parity appears much better and people are having success without buying it.
I believe, TKM will see a resurgence, especially amongst juniors because of the TAG option gaining popularity.
