The adjustable clamps don't have to be CIK, it's the red plastic clamp that goes between the 2 rails that has to be.

Unfortunately there are none in the UK according to one kart shop. I read somewhere that for the time being the scrutineers are turning a blind eye to the lack of CIK stamp as long as the clamp is plastic. Don't ask me for sources, I can't remember!
