If you have heats on Saturday afternoon then you reduce practice time to Saturday morning and then there would be complaints about that.
Shenington is one of the clubs that has a restriction on the number of weekends etc that it can run the track and Saturday practice also attracts novices needing practice for their ARKS tests or more practice before entering a race.
Not sure if there is an easy answer to this but drivers go back month after month so the club must be keeping a lot of people happy or they would race elsewhere.
