Powder coating. I'd recommend these people,

I have no connection with them (we're in Cumbria!)

I had a chassis coated there earlier this year and the service, quality and price were all very good. They blast and coat.

Warren is the owner and very helpful. He's done kart chassis' before so knows what to do with such things as chassis plates, bearing sleeves and bolt holes that you don't want covered or filled with powder.
