i dont think there is anything wrong with age and weight limits, MSA just need to be clear on what age limit applies. Lils if the 15 year old is too light for mini it would be dangerous to put him in the kart, if he stays in cadet he is at a disadvantage if he is tall in the kart so easier for your daughter to beat. Just race whats on the grid doesnt matter really as long as they are to weight and age.
