Pro kart stuff usually appears in the 4 stroke forum but nothing to worry about.
Don't know what make the chassis is but the design is unusual with the two inner chassis tubes running to the middle of the kart where the brake master cylinder mounts. Somebody should recognise that.
You say it has a Kelgate brake but the m/cyl looks like a Wright, SWRD is Simon Wright Racing Dev.Maybe you have a Kelgate caliper which would
be black.
I suppose, with SW on the id plate it could be an early Wright kart.
