I am a bit puzzled by the question. The CIK sets rules and regulations for karting which are adopted with some amendment by Motorsport UK (formerly MSA) in this country neither organisation run circuits. What they do is licence circuits that allows them to run certain events with a MSUK/CIK permit. All the circuits you list have a MSUK licence and therefore a CIK licence of some grade - they vary from A to D depending on the safety and other facilities that the circuit has. Currently, and this may have been the intent of your question, I think only PFI has a Grade A CIK licence in this country that allows it to hold international events.Hope that helps.
