Most disciplinary hearings are carried out at the evnt location but the final stage of the appeals process is at the national court and I believe these would be at Colnbrook but a call to MSUK would confirm that - 01753765000 and you can see the Judicial process on pages 68 to 76 of the Blue Book which can be viewed online.
