To add on from this budget thing. We've just recently worked out the money we spent this year in the NKRA Formula Blue series (which we won both the regional and the national series at).

This included 10 races between the space of February and August, most of them local but one involved a trip down to clay and the grand total was just over Ł3000. I know of some drivers who were spending twice of not triple that amount on things like awning fees and new tyres every race meeting.

So basically, if you want to do a UK national series that can be won on a much smaller budget than some of the other series. Give the Formula Blue national series a look. Easykart is another series which looks like it can be won with a small budget as well.

There were 50+ drivers registered for the Blue NKRA series this year. Well supported as well!
