The set up i have on my alonso is very different to other peoples but works extremely well for me. front and rear ride height set to mid,15mm of spacers on the front,top arrow pointing towards the wheel bottom arrow forwards,front torsion bar in and flat,rear torsion bar in and flat pencil bar loose, 1380mm on the rear and a H axle. middle bearing loose. This is what works for me but may not work for other peoples driving styles, everyone who has driven it admits the set up is spot on. I've spent days testing trying all variations of set up many mentioned above and found this to be the best.
