I know the feeling. Firstly try sending your engine and carb to your engine builder to rebuild and set up. Do you have a pop off tester? Sounds like the carb isn't holding pressure? Have you got an inline fuel filter, and do you filter fuel before putting in kart? When you get the carb going and you need to rebuild it be almost surgical about keeping it clean. Sounds over the top, but seems to be important. Hope this helps.
