My sentiment exactly, if you want cups that badly it's cheaper to go to the cup shop.

But, without the controls it can get to the point where even the best driver cannot win on clean equipment or fuel etc. In this case most people will do one of two things, either stop racing or start cheating.

There is a 3rd way which is to try and press for stricter controls, which is what I'm trying to do, hence the quest for background info.
