As stated the homologation date is not the issue in rotax but with the age of your Kart chassis the body work might be an issue for MSA racing.

We now have some nonsense regarding crash tested body work and by that I mean side pods and brackets. If you have the square mounted brackets at 500mm centres you are ok but if you have the brackets that run to the front of the kart (front mounting is just behind the front king pin/stub axle mounting) then they cannot be used in MSA.

Non MSA these are ok.
