hooton is an msa track but you are allowed to practice on it without a licence,not sure about rowrah(which is aslo an msa track).im sure someone will let you know on here.

3 sisters is the only one you cant practice on at all if you dont have a licence which is a shame.i cant remember the reasons why now but rest assures that IS the case

there is also glan y gors in wales which is a great track but just a little bit out of the way,not to mention south yorkshire kart club over the hill
