I haven't defended or condoned anyone's behaviour on here - I just wanted to point out that no one should take the law into their own hands no matter what the reason or frustration. I also didn't take kindly to anyone suggesting that bad driving was ignored on Saturday and not reported by marshalls - because I can say that it certainly was reported from me- both verbally in writing -and I stand out their all day because I know how important it is to keep the circuit as safe as possible for you and to ensure a fair race - so some credit where it is due please . I have my own views on the quality of the clerking which I won't share here .When I stated that I honestly didn't see any problems in my sector in any Senior TKM -I do not expect to be doubted - I can only tell it as I saw it and I don't register who is who on the track I just call the numbers.
I do understand that you may have a gripe - but honestly this is not the place to sort it out and I hope you do have a calm discussion with the Club as there may be things about which you may be misinformed . I am sorry that things got a bit out of hand on here last night and would assure you of my best intentions in that I wanted you to think about what you were saying and that it may have had serious consequences for yourselves. See you next month - hopefully in more sporting conditions.
