Can anyone help with the following:

1. What is the best temp to run the engine at? And how do you adjust this?
2. The carb has two needle screws what are these for? And how should they be set? And by how much?
3. What should the tick-over be set at?
4. When I start the kart on the stand in the garage and rev the engine when it drops back to tick over the engine revs fluctuate is this normal.
