The cheapest, most practical option is to acquire the basic sprocket/clutch and flywheel holders/pullers, so that you can strip the motor and buy and fit new main bearings/oil seals/gaskets, and while its apart send the crank away to get a new big end fitted.

The purpose the motor is put to wouldn't make much difference to the labour charge of a routine rebuild.
