TonyKart Viper Brakes - Please Help

This was previously raised but no answer given, so hopefully someone can offer some help.

The brake pads continuously rub slightly against the disc, and do not return to their fixed position off of the disc when the brakes are released.

By pushing the pads in, this can be temporarily resolved, but after a couple of pumps of the brake, the pads are riding the disc again.

Does anyone know how to get the pads to return fully each time?
