The swarf thing is shocking to say the least when you think what your carb is bolted to. This may be an early one as it came with the kart and by the sellers admission it wasn't a sorted one.

So it seems a good clean down, a tilly kit, original needle seat and spring and new blue thermal block gaskets is the way to go. Oh and an inline filter.

Never had this with the walboro in TKM lol. Wheres Itpro.
