Hi Gokart00
We had the same problem with a 2004 Venox Chassis and it drove us mad. The way we got round it was to bledd out everything as Hootsman said. Then Pump the breaks so that the pads are 1mm off the disk.
Remove the Resevoirs and block the system off with the bolt that is used for the from bledding tool attachment.
We always felt that this problem was not due to air or anything else but due to the pads over-adjusting and this stopped it.
The only problem was, we had to re set the breaks after each race meeting otherwise the amount of wear would exceed the distance the piston in the caliper can travle.
Others thought this was a strange way of doing it but it worked for us.
