anyone know if the new regs reguarding the fixings for sidepods includes the cadet class, as in being at 90 degrees to the chassie?

someone at a race today had an 09 spec zipstorm and i noticed that the welded mounts were the same as the blade, and not to 09 regs?????

i over heard a scrutineer mention it the the lad but even the scruitineer didnt know if it was legal or not??
