12-78 Gearing probably not a bad place to start

Rear bar out, rears just short of maximum width

You can get a toothed stopper to lock the teeth on the shaft, though you could just try getting a big screwdriver and holding it with that whilst you undo the nut if you can't get that

If you're completely new, you're probably looking at hitting 35-36 second laps

Top club pace usually mid-low 34s
Best ever laps high 33s

All at 177 weight in dry conditions
