Some of us Oldies and Grumpies are VERY aware of the meaning of 'Doh' and who says it....

However, the bit I am confused about is the implication it's from a COMEDY cartoon. In MY day, to be counted as 'comedy', it had to have AT LEAST one thing to laugh at in a half hour slot; so.... how the HELL do the Simpsons qual;ify as 'comedy'? Can one of you TELL me when the next funny bit is going to come on... I keep missing it.....

Ah.... hold on.... is it like a Shakespearian comedy.... you know it IS a comedy becasue it has ONE joke in it?
