russell,there is an all in fee where you pay both friday and saturday practice up front and you get a discount.im not sure if thats just a members thing only though

having said that,if you think you may want to do the gold cup at three sisters this year too(another really good day)then it actually works out at only three pounds(i think) extra to do the friday/saturday deal and pay membership,you then have the alternative of recouping some of that outlay at the gold cup!
