It wont be a hole, it will be a crack at least an inch long.
It is normally near one of the mounting points or a place where the radiator has been rubbing against something, causing a stress crack.
The crack is usually in the first row, dont't count the outer edge as a row as it is only part of the framework.
If you weld just what you think is the hole, you will end up with lots of leaks.
Ali welding on the rad has to be done at a low amperage, down at about 6 amps.
The water channels are very thin walled and unless you know what you are doing, I would recommend having it done properly as ali needs to be cleaned in the correct manner, otherwise things tend not to stick!
