The meeting ran very smoothly and on time all the way through, excellent.
We had some bad luck and kart set-up was difficult to find, but a fine weekend's racing all the same.

I was wary of the new format but you get so much racing time it must be good. The finals are long enough to really test the drivers and their karts (eg 20 laps in Seniors). My only negative observation is that during some of the races there was a bit of Indian-filing going on, presumably because of the qualifying format but the long finals seemed to sort some of that out.

The clutch exchange was a clever idea, but it is something of a percentage game unless you do the lot. Perhaps all drivers should draw clutches from a pool before each race? It would take ages.....
