I totally agree with the last comment, however I am relativly new to karting and probably naive to what has been happening at my local track. I, like the the majority try on a limited budget to compete (and have fun) against people who are obviously exploiting the rules because they know that there is never anything done about it (and this is where the problems lay). So working on the theory of "can't beat them, join them" why don't we publicise to everyone how its done (because I don't know) and therefore the powers that be will step in and finally start to do something.
