i don't know much about a wb24 but it obviously will be better with a clean carb because if there is rubbish in the filters that is restricting the fuel flow...

if the rubbish goes past the filter which it can often do! it will mess the carb up alot and u will go slower! invest in a carb pop off tester and find out what it needs to pop off at with your carb and she should purrrr when set up correctly!
