well good luck, another thing worh checking is the fuel inlet valve, if this is letting by the carb will flood, which is a lot more noticable at low rpm, as the fuel is not being used at the same rate as at high rpm, next time you have the carb apart attach a small piece of fuel pipe to the fuel inlet, with the float bowl off and the carb upside down blow into the pipe gently, you will be able to blow through it, then apply a small amount of pressure to the float arms, this should stop you being able blow through the pipe,just resting your finger on it should be enough, if you have to apply a lot of pressure to the arms to stop the flow you will need a new valve
