C2.4.1 Modifications: The engine and its ancillaries may not be modified in any way unless otherwise indicated by these regulations or the official MSA fiche.

UNLESS IT STATES THAT YOU CAN DO IT YOU CANNOT!!!

The engine must be raced in standard form as manufactured and supplied by Rotax unless otherwise stated. Filing, grinding, polishing, surface treating, machining or lightening of any component is forbidden unless otherwise stated.
