Club 100 keep max revs to around 14,500 and they (according to the guy who runs em) get around 60 hours between rebuilds. They also use semi synthetic to avoid carbon build up over this period.

However, this is obviously not using the motor to its full potential so it does depend on what you plan to use it for i.e. testing or racing
