On the weight your outfit is going to come in at about 85kg or so, can't be more specific as type of wheel, floor tray, seat, fueltank (and size)etc will all have a bearing. Don't forget to add all your race gear to your own weight.

Neck: practice or excercises!

Driving: firstly good lines, secondly nice and smooth, and then gradually add speed. All controls: squeeze on and ease off. The less steering wheel movement the better. Generally lots of arm twirling and sideways tyre squeeling = SLOW.
