ok calibrated rev counter i totaly agree with with a rev counter lead which is insulated as well

but

the rules state that it is with the driver in place is the confusing but! afterall a minimax weighs alot less than a snr max!

do current rules include the angle of the pitlane/where tested?

afterall imagine being tested at rowrah! start the engine up and just release the brake!

buckmore probably goes upwards by maybe 3 degrees just like pf!

unless you have a testing surface which is perfectly 0 degrees i think the msa would have a problem in their rules if questioned!

afterall look at the rules it states 'scales of the day' not angle of testing surface when tested!!!
