'Stadium' is a CLASSIC!

If you have a Top Feed tank, check that the 'weight' on the in-tank pipe hasn't fallen off the end and that the in-tank-pipe is not stiff as a board!

Stadium shows up lots of problems as, unsually for most corners, it's taken at 'high G' AND it's taken with full thottle for most of the length.

My money is on fuel supply failure.... but I'd look closely at the ANGLE of the 'spike'. If it's an INTANT leap from 'fine' to 'FRIGHTENING', then it'll be the sensor or cabling and it's recoding the WRONG result. Could the high-g be causing the wires to be pushed, caught, bent, squshed by something?
