Comer w60 running temperature

Have been trying to get my son's comer temp upto the 200degc I am told it needs to be at. Leaning the high jet has given me 15deg c and I am now running at 175deg C but if I lean it any more the engine bogs down pulling out of corners. Has anybody experienced this and whats the fix
