Depending on Motor - 86 upwards, but a Novice might need to be on 88 upwards until they get the handling sorted. (177 that is)

I run (as a guide) soft and loose, 3 front spacers, narrow rear. Tyre pressures are usually where everyone falls over at rye. All I'll say is high compared to everywhere else you've probably ever driven. Ask around the pit lane becasue it will vary from day to day obviously.
