Clockwise = lean Mixture

Low jet for tickover and up to 6-7K rpm, High jet from 6-7Krpm to 14Krpm.

Normally set Low jet for tickover around 3Krpm with engine warm, and get driver to adjust high jet on track to get feel for power change and temp as carb is adjusted.

Safest way is to do 3 laps at a time with driver adjusting carb, this lowers chance of running to lean and seizing engine.
