no one, either existing fuel supplier (well there's only 2 others really) or anyone other misguided fool has ever put in a competitive bid to provide the same service?

The other 2 admit they can't get anywhere near Atols pricing for the same service!

Misguided fools think they can until they actually try to!

Don't forget Ian Mulliner thought the same about the charge for fuel by BP's Reference Fuels so put his money where his mouth was and bid for the contract got it and then set the standard that no one has been prepared to match from there on in!
