I have too say I cannot see how you could be "drawn in" to any issue at any track given you are not responsible for any track or any rules, that's the up side and down side of the ABkC. It's the Clubs and the MSA that are on the front line.

What to do with "Your money" [our money] invest it back into the Clubs, only they will grow Karting. Ask each member club to make fully costed proposals to promote karting in there area for consideration by the ABkC. The only proviso being that proposals must target all age groups and the results must be audited and reported back to the funding committee.

The big championships should be self sufficient or they should not be organising and running National Championships, they certainly should not be getting any of "our money" !
