Agree with that idea. The EVXX brake can cause this exact problem if bled incorrectly or the wrong fluid is used. Dot 4 will cause brake drag every time. No problems with Dot 5 silicone fluid.
One additional point is that the EVXX disc carrier is prone to movement causing disc wobble and drag, the cure being to modify the carrier to a 4 bolt arangement or replace it with the updated one. (at OTK prices of course)!!
