Those arent bad ideas in theory Adam but I couldn't see them working at the minute because:

a) restricting CIK chassis by way of weight could mean a 12/13 yr old in juniors or 15/16 yr old in seniors might end up carrying a ton of lead. Maybe restrictors could ply a part here?

b)splitting the grids would solve quite a few problems but not if they stay as small as they are now!!
