I dont know why more drivers skip gearbox,it seems once you've done max and won a championship or 3 then its time to move to ginettas. Are they scared of the speed or something or do they think they cost to much to run???

Yeah the initial outlay may be a bit more than max but once you have it the cost is comparable but with more grin factor and if you choose to go long circuit the theres more fun to be had.

The circuits too jesus Cadwell,Oulton,Croft,Snetterton,Castle coombe,Brands,Knockhill all proper tracks,tagging along to a bike or a car meeting,your chance to P*** off a few ferrari or porsche drivers,the stories i have is untrue ha ha.

Come and do gearbox an you'll be hooked,id put my house on it
