like has been said above there are many differing views on the sport and what should be included. if your going to have this sort of thing then it needs to be properly organised, each track/club has a spokesperson and the spokespersons meet say once a month or once every 3 months to discuss ideas put forward. id suggest though that it would be racers only, and not manufacturers or engine builders for example, i have nothing against them, but in my experience (not from karting) they put their profit margins before the racers, if its just racers then you have a true view on what people want.
