Thanks for all the replies.

Ive noticed that some new batteries come with screw terminals where as my loom has push fit connectors. Is it best to modify your loom or is there somewhere that stil sells the push fit type batteries?

Also on my engine I only have 1 breather bottle connected to the top of the radiator but have noticed some other that have 2 breather bottles. Where does the 2nd one go?
